Wes’s Birthstory

Wes’s Birthstory

The cutest caboose to our trio of little dudes. This is how Wes came into the world! From the second I found out I was pregnant with Wes, I knew I wanted to let my body lead the way with his birth. I was induced at 39 weeks with my other boys and really wanted to experience going into labor on my own and that’s exactly what happened. Let’s start in the early morning hours of my due date, September 22nd! I was woken up two different times throughout the night with intense contractions. Honestly it was kind of weird and for a second I had to convince myself they were real and not a dream! Nothing was consistent though so I was able to go back to sleep both times. Then when I finally got up for the day and went to the bathroom, I noticed bloody show! I wasn’t really having any cramping or anything though so I still went to my 40 week Dr appointment later that day. I made the decision to have my Dr. gently sweep my membranes to try and help things get going since my body was showing all the signs labor was near. I had this done with both boys before and nothing came of it besides cramping, so I didn’t have

Baby #3’s Registry with Target!

Baby #3’s Registry with Target!

We’re just a few weeks away from meeting our 3rd baby boy and I’m making sure we’re as prepared as possible with my Target Registry! No matter if it’s your first baby or not, everyone should create a registry with Target. There are so many perks included in their year of benefits program. A few of my favorites: 1- You get a free welcome kit that’s 100+ value with deals and samples. 2- You’ll receive a 15% off registry coupon to grab anything you didn’t get gifted. 3- Enjoy 1 year of free returns because with a new baby to love on, you’ll need some extra time! As a mom of almost 3, I’ve found my favorite brands over the years and they’re all available at Target! A few things that I couldn’t survive the newborn days without is a wipe warmer, Comotomo bottles for when mama needs a break from breastfeeding, and of course aquaphor to help protect that precious skin. Something new we are trying this time around though, is this baby bath seat. I’ve seen so many of my friends and favorite influencers rave about it so I’m excited to try. Don’t forget to make yourself a registry HERE with Target and take advantage of all the benefits you can as you enter this amazing new chapter! Thank you to Target for sponsoring this post, all

Our Family Getaway to Casper Wyoming!

Our Family Getaway to Casper Wyoming!

Thank you to Visit Casper for sponsoring this post, all opinions are my own. I never knew Casper, Wyoming belonged on my bucket list until I took a trip there, but I’m telling you now to add it to yours! Especially, if you have a family. We had so much fun and made such incredible memories with our little crew. It was the most magical kick off to the Christmas season complete with festive activities. I’m going to go through our entire itinerary in detail so you can get a really good feel of our trip. Make sure you bookmark this page for when you’re planning your visit to Casper! Day 1: Direct flight from the SLC airport to Casper, Wyoming! This was honestly the biggest part of the reason we went to Casper. When traveling with kiddos, a quick, direct flight is the easiest and safest option for us. With overall less travel time, there’s less risk of catching bugs during cold and flu season. I was also super impressed with how many sanitizer stations I saw at every stop on our Casper itinerary. There’s also great signage for social distancing which made me feel really good about our decision to travel. I know as parents navigating life through a pandemic can be tricky, but I truly have no

Baby Essentials At Target!

Baby Essentials At Target!

Target is a one stop shop for all of our daily essentials for baby Jax! They carry all the brands we love, and I really like that I can pick up everything we need without leaving the car using Target Drive Up. Some days I feel like wandering down the aisles looking at all of the fun new products, and others I just need a few things and to get on my way. I love that Target provides options for whatever I’m feeling that day! A few of these products are new to me, and others I’ve used since my first son Kai was a baby and have loved ever since. The first being Aquaphor! Everyone in my house loves Aquaphor, but it’s especially amazing on my babies super sensitive skin. I can’t go a day without this stuff! I also love these big, fluffy hooded towels. There is nothing better than snuggling a babe fresh out of the tub! The products that are new to me are the Millie Moon Diapers and Wipes. I tried them out and am loving them! The diapers are super soft and we haven’t had any issues with leaking. Pretty much everything I look for in a diaper. Towel & Dress- Diapers, Wipes, & Aquaphor- Thank you so much for tuning in! xx -Krychele

Hospital Bag Must Haves!

Hospital Bag Must Haves!

It’s almost baby time! I thought it might be helpful to list out the things I’m packing to take to the hospital, and probably more importantly, the things I’m not taking. I way overpacked when I had Kai and didn’t use even half the things I took. So learn from my mistake and see what I actually used! Let’s start with what I’m not taking; Nothing for postpartum peri care. I felt great with what the hospital had for me with Kai as far as boy shorts, pads, cooling spray and tucks, so I’d rather just save my supplies for when I get home. I’m also not taking anything to do my hair besides a hair brush and elastic. I brought my straightener and curling iron with Kai and didn’t even touch it. I am taking a few makeup items- foundation, mascara, and eye brightener- but thats it. The bare minimum to make me feel semi human haha! I also brought a ton of stuff to do in labor (adult coloring book, ipad, ect.) and didn’t touch it. With the nerves and nurses coming in and out we mostly just hung out and watched TV. So this time I’m just bringing a book, and laptop to watch movies on. What’s Going In My Bag- My favorite weekender bag: I’ve had
