Galentines Day!

Galentines Day!

Outfit Details: We’re starting off the Love month posts with my fave, Galentine’s day! Let’s just take a second and recognize Leslie Knope for creating this made-up holiday because of all the random excuses to celebrate, Galentine’s is definitely my favorite! (If you don’t know what I’m talking about, watch Parks & Rec and report back STAT)! I love that the holiday is all about getting your best gals together to celebrate friendship and girl power! Whether it’s just a small get together, or a full on party, you should definitely make time to spend with your gals. The older I get the more I realize how important friendships are. I have absolutely no clue where I’d be without my girlfriends. I’m so lucky to have found a group of babes that will be in my corner no matter what. Find your girl tribe and love them HARD! I’ve looked high and low for some really cute ideas for Galentine’s Day this year. From fun little gifts, to things to wear to your celebration, it’s a pretty fun list! Check it out.   Galentine’s Day 2019 xx -Krychele

2018: My Year in Review

2018: My Year in Review

What. A. Year! 2018 was one I’ll remember forever. It was filled with a lot of happy moments, and quite a few sad ones as well. But without rain there would be no rainbows right? This year taught me a lot of life lessons and I feel like I did a lot more adulting than ever before. I’m so grateful for the memories that 2018 brought me, but I’m so excited for a new year with new goals! Without further ado, here is what my year looked like; month by month. PS- A lot of my photos wouldn’t upload for some reason (sad face) so if it seems like there are some holes, it’s because there are. Technical difficulties, sorry ’bout it. January- This month was full of lot’s of firsts. 2018 started by Ringing in the New Year on the dance floor with my hubs! It was the first time we had ever gone out for New Years Eve and we had a blast. You might not know this but my husband is quite the dancer. He is usually the one dragging me out for a song! I also went on my first mule ride, and attended my first boxing match. It was a really fun-filled month. February- Arguably one of my favorite months (career wise) of the year!

The Official Cancun Travel Guide!

The Official Cancun Travel Guide!

Holy long time no see! I know, I know… I’ve been a really bad blogger lately, but its for good reason. We’re working on something BIG over here and I can’t share details yet, but soon my friends! Eeeep! As you know, we traveled to Cancun, Mexico with our best friends a little bit ago and it was just what we needed! My husband and I left our little man with his favorite people (grandma and grandpa) and had the most relaxing week ever! Even though it was sooo hard leaving our little buddy, we came back so refreshed and feeling like new parents. A tiny break every now and then is SO necessary. Ever since we got back i have gotten tons of questions about our trip so I’ve rounded up my favorite outfits, places we visited, and the resort we picked so if you’re traveling there in the next little while, you’ll know just what to bring & see! Clothing: Swim: Accessories: Things To Do: My very favorite day of the trip was when we took a ferry out to Isla Mujeres! It’s a little island right off of Cancun and only took 20 minutes to get there. We rented golf carts and just explored the island. We found an amazing fruit stand and got the yummiest pineapple,

Band Tee’s and Denim Skirts

Band Tee’s and Denim Skirts

Photo’s by: Karen Alvarez HAPPY TUESDAY! I know what you’re thinking… ruffles one day, band tee’s the next! If I had to describe my style in one word, I’d say diverse. For me, fashion is all about wearing clothes you feel good in. So if that means your outfits span from 90’s grunge to Gucci chic, DO YOU BOO BOO! Wear whatever makes you feel confident and powerful and forget what everyone else thinks. When I first got into blogging, every seasoned blogger I talked to kept telling me to find my own signature style so you stand out. But I think my signature style is not having one. I think it’s kinda fun to try new trends, colors, and textures and constantly keep switching up your wardrobe. Life is just way too short to follow the rules! We had such a fun time this past weekend celebrating my cute friend/photographer birthday at dinner! My in-laws were in town all last week so they were here to watch baby boy so we could go out and enjoy a few hours with friends. YAY! Love that cute boy but it is definitely nice to have a grown up conversation every once in a while. My fellow stay at home mamas will definitely understand that. Hope you all have an amazing week! Xx

Shop Maxwell With JoJo

Shop Maxwell With JoJo

Hi there babes! My cute friend Jessica is a rep for the cutest clothing store, Maxwell. Her shop is called Shop Maxwell with JoJo (@shopmaxwellwithjojo on Instagram) and she Is just slaying the #bossbabe game these days so I was super excited to help her get the word out about her shop! If you know Jessica, she is the sweetest human on the planet and insanely talented at everything she does. Everything in her shop is incredible quality and super affordable! Follow her on Instagram (@shopmaxwellwithjojo) and DM her to order any goodies until her website is finished! Jessica sent me this darling duster cardigan and I am obsessed with it. I legit wore it 3 days in a row last week! I wish I was kidding. It is soooo comfortable and the camel color goes with literally everything in my closet! It is definitely turning into a staple in my wardrobe. For this outfit I’ve paired my duster with a classic chambray top, a black button front skirt (scored it at Target for $5 on clearance) a leopard skinny belt, and some suede booties! I’ve also worn the same outfit with black jeans instead of the skirt too. This duster really is so versatile. Before I let you guys go I have to tell you about this AMAZING dupe I’ve found.
