Black Friday has already started and the sales are so good! I wanted to make sure I got all my holiday shopping done extra early this year, and now I can score great deals and cross everyone off my list before we even carve the turkey! This year we decided to get Kai a Nintendo Switch for Christmas, so I couldn’t have been happier to see Walmarts Deals For Days event included a Nintendo Switch, and a Mario game to go along with it. Come Christmas morning we are going to have one happy 5 year old! I also found some other great deals on toys and activities for kids. You can save so much money by shopping the event early. This year I was determined to not let Fathers Day sneak up on me, so I planned ahead and made sure I got some ideas ready for you guys too. I’ve got you covered with Walmart! I know the struggle of finding something the guys in your life will love and actually use, so I picked really fun and practical items they are sure to love. Whether he is a golfer, car lover, or enjoys spending time outdoors, you can find everything you need to make his day special at Walmart. I got Roman this beginner Pickleball set, complete with two paddles and balls. We’ve loved learning the sport over the last year, and now that we discovered courts close to our house, we’re excited to keep learning and playing. I love that it’s something we can do together outside, and also get some exercise in a fun way! This set is also a great price point at under $20. If the dad in your life loves Pickleball, I definitely recommend this gift! And since I really like to recommend products we own and use all the time, we have this camp chair, cooler, and wagon and love all three of them! Outfit Details: We’re starting off the Love month posts with my fave, Galentine’s day! Let’s just take a second and recognize Leslie Knope for creating this made-up holiday because of all the random excuses to celebrate, Galentine’s is definitely my favorite! (If you don’t know what I’m talking about, watch Parks & Rec and report back STAT)! I love that the holiday is all about getting your best gals together to celebrate friendship and girl power! Whether it’s just a small get together, or a full on party, you should definitely make time to spend with your gals. The older I get the more I realize how important friendships are. I have absolutely no clue where I’d be without my girlfriends. I’m so lucky to have found a group of babes that will be in my corner no matter what. Find your girl tribe and love them HARD! Sometimes when I can’t decide what textures I want to wear, I just throw them all on and call it good! You wouldn’t think leather, velvet, and suede would be a good combo, but the most unexpected outfits turn out the cutest. I got this velvet oversized top at my new favorite store that I know I am like 100 years late to finding but Urban Blues (not sponsored, but like HMU!) has some REALLY cute merch! They are also running some really great sales all through November. I picked up this Jacket in the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale this past Summer and its my favorite splurge to date! I wear it all the time and it somehow goes with just about anything. I did have to wait like 4 months until the weather cooled down to actually wear it but WORTH IT! To be completely honest with you guys, I thought I already shared this look on the blog so I was a little surprised to see this draft sitting there haha! It’s one of my favorite outfits ever and I actually wear it pretty frequently. I got these mules this past June and I swear I am almost needing to replace them because they are getting SO MUCH LOVE! Hopefully it snows soon so I can give these babies a rest. Okay, I take that back. I will never ever wish for snow! That is basically a curse word in my book. I’m still trying to figure out how we’re going to survive our first winter back in Utah! Lot’s of hot cocoa and prayers haha.
