Valentines Day is one of my favorite holidays because it’s all about celebrating love! From flowers, to chocolates, to spending a night with the one who holds your heart, it’s just an all around feel good day. A day that deserves a killer outfit, am I right?! I’m so excited to be partnering with Nordstrom for this post because #1 HELLO, it’s Nordstrom and a brand I’ve only ever dreamed of working with. I cried happy tears when I accepted the collaboration, and #2 because it’s my go-to retailer for fun and flirty pieces!
My first look is classic. A simple yet chic pink sweater dress, my knee high boots that I haven’t taken off all winter, and my new favorite Marc Jacobs bag! This look is perfect for a date with your sweetie, while also comfy and stretchy. So drink all the wine you want, babe! I’m wearing the XL in the dress, and would say it’s TTS, but if in between, size up!
For My second look, I went with an ensemble you could get away with wearing from work straight to date night if you’re more of a jeans type of gal! First off I just have to say I don’t think I’ve ever been more in love with a pair of shoes in my life! All the heart eyes! I’ve been super into the western flare look lately, and combined with my favorite winter white, these Jeffery Campbell’s were just calling my name! I’d recommend going 1/2 size up.
This red blouse is SO fun and is the most beautiful, vibrant color in person. I love the scallop detail, the satin material, and slight oversized look it has. Another major YES from me. I’m wearing the 14 and it’s TTS for me!
Lastly, these jeans are my go to, and I recommend them to everyone! In my opinion, every girl needs a good pair pf black high waisted jeans because they are so slimming and honestly just make you feel like a rockstar while going with everything in your closet. This is my second pair because I love them that much (and lost my first pair camping last summer)! You know they’re good when you can’t live without them right?! I wear the 34W x 30L and they’re perfect. I’m 5’6 but like my jeans to end at the ankle so that’s why I prefer the shorter inseam.
