Let's Talk About LASHES! - Carnations & Lace

Happy FriYAY babes! Today I am sooo excited to show you all my lash transformation! I know I am about 5 years late to the party, but I finally pulled the trigger and got myself some extensions. Now I don’t think I’ll ever be able to live without them! Check out my before pictures below:

B E F O R E

I’ve always been told I have really great natural lashes (thank you Dad) but NO ONE has lashes that look like extensions. I was shocked at how different they made me look. My favorite part about having them is they make me feel so good about myself! I wake up feeling half way ready and all I have to do is comb them a little bit and I’m good to go. You really can’t beat that!

Let me clear up a few of the questions I’m sure a few of you will have:

Who did my lashes? The literal cutest human on the planet. Her name is Devynne (Divine Lashes & Skin) and she did an amazing job. She was also super fun to talk to while I was getting them done. She gave me a full set as part of a collab, but I will continue to have her fill them forever! Full set = $175, Fill = $75. Why are my eyes so red in the afters? I have EXTREMELY sensitive eyes, so the fumes for the glue irritated them a little and left my eyes red for a few days after I got them done. Eyedrops helped a ton!
Are they uncomfortable? This was probably the number one thing that held me back from getting eyelash extensions for so long, but I truly can’t even tell I have them. I don’t feel them at all and they definitely don’t bother me.
Do they ruin your natural lashes? As long as you have them put on right, and take good care of them NO! But I promise once you get them on you’ll never want to see your natural lashes again!
