Photo’s by: Karen Alvarez

Can we just talk about how happy I am to be back in front of Karen Alvarez’s lens?! I mean my hubs is a great photographer and all but she just kills it. Everytime she sends me my photos, she always exceeds my expectations ten fold. I know I say this in like every post but if you need a photographer in NorCal, she’s your gal! (ew, didn’t mean to rhyme)

For todays look I went ultra casual but still trendy and feminine. The slides that I unboxed on Instastories a few weeks ago are even more amazing on. Seriously, I’m obsessed and wish they carried them in more colors besides black! I’ve found that most mules I try on don’t stay on my feet very well but I think these babies are the exception. They don’t slide around at all. So if you’re in the market for a great springy mule, I HIGHLY recommend these BP beauties.

I picked up these gorgeous roses from Trader Joe’s on my way to this shoot, and here they are two weeks later just barely starting to die. TJ’s always has the best blooms, and well the best of everything actually. There’s a common misconception that their food is over-priced, but it’s really not! They have the freshest produce and it’s usually cheaper than my local grocery store. If you’ve got one near you, try it out and I bet you’ll be pleasantly surprised!

As always, thanks for reading!

Xx
