Good morning!
I hope you all had a wonderful weekend and ate waaaay too many goodies while watching the Superbowl yesterday! We deep fried some chicken wings and I’m pretty sure I gained about 12 pounds with how many I ate. They were out of this world! I love that my hubby enjoys cooking. That man definitely knows his way around the kitchen, and I have his mama to thank for that.
Is it just me or were the commercials not as funny as they usually are? Since I didn’t really care who won between the Pat’s and the Falcons, I was pretty much just there for the food and commercials so I was a little disappointed. It seemed like they were mostly serious and going for the heartfelt factor. Lame! I thought Lady Gaga did an awesome job at half time though! I tend to forget how amazing her voice really is because she usually has sooo many other things going on onstage that it distracts from her raw talent, but I thought yesterday she kept it super classy.
I love this Valentines Day look. It’s more on the casual side, and I really don’t think you can go wrong with white, black, and red! Since we celebrated V-Day this last weekend, we’ll probably spend the big day at home with our baby boy and honestly, there is no place I’d rather be! I love chill nights at home with my family.
